These tea bags make up to half a gallon of tea. Refrigerate what you don’t drink same day and finish within 3-4 days.

Get the water to where it has little bubbles (NOT a boil). Steep the bag, cover, turn to a simmer and let sit for at least 45 mins, but the longer the better!
